Chef Wan is the one famous person from Malaysia. Chef Wan  may have started his career as an accountant, but this celebrity chef traded the corporate world for a career in the kitchen. Today, Chef Wan is a household name in Asia with more than 20 years of experience in the industry and is known for his flamboyant sense of style. His talents ranger from chef, author and actor to TV host and publisher.

Due to his contribution and role as a representative of Malaysia at various global gourmet events, world expos and tourism exhibitions, Chef Wan has had the honor of being the first celebrity to be bestowed the title of 'Datuk' by King Yang Di-Pertuan Agong in February 2010. This was followed by his appointment as 'Culinary Ambassador' by Tourism Malaysia in November 2010.

Well known for his extensive knowledge of Malaysian cuisine, Chef Wan has also been invited to perform demonstrations and conduct talks in China, Germany, London, Canada, Spain, Australia and Europe. At the World Gourmet Food and Media Awards in Beijing, Chef Wan won the Lifetime Jury Award at the "Le Mazille Prix" 2007 Gourmand for his contributions as the culinary ambassador for Malaysia to the world.

His international recognition has even captured the attention of the Tourism Authority of Thailand, which, on behalf of the government and Royal Kingdom of Thailand, presented him with the 'Friends of Thailand Award' in September 2010.

With 12 cookbooks published and more on the way, Chef Wan is also a food critic for major dailies and magazines in Malaysia. He has also played the lead and several supporting roles in various films and theatre shows. His efforts earned him a nomination for 'Best Supporting Actor' at the 13th Asian Film Festival for his performance in 'Valley of Vengeance'.

Besides his many achievements, Chef Wan is also a firm believer of giving back to the community. He is an ambassador for several non-profit organizations such as the National Kidney Foundation of Malaysia in March 2010, 'Save Our Seafood' Campaign in May 2010 and the National Cancer Society Malaysia in November 2010.

Most recently, Chef Wan was appointed to be the Malaysia Airlines (MAS) Holiday Travel Icon Ambassador in November 2010 and will be creating gourmet packages for inbound and outbound holidays to and from Malaysia. This is my dream house. I choose a bungalow house because the house is a big house and also must have a big swimming pool to swim anytime I want. My house must far away from people and city because I dont like noisy and crowded with mobile and crimes like robbery, killer, and so on..

My house must paint white colour because it can make the house like grand and peaceful from wahtever. 

Lastly my house must have many lamp because I like bright and the bright can make my house shine bright like a diamond every night.

biography Tun Abdul Razak

Tun Abdul Razak succeeded Tunku Abdul Rahman as the second Prime Minister of Malaysia, heading the country from 1970 to 1976. 

Born in Pulau Keladi, Pahang on March 11, 1922, Tun Razak is the only child to Dato' Hussein bin Mohd Taib and Hajah Teh Fatimah bt Daud. A bright student, Tun Razak received his early education at the Malay College Kuala Kangsar in 1934.

After joining the Malay Administrative Service in 1939, he was awarded a scholarship to study at Raffles College in Singapore in 1940. His studies at the college ceased with the onset of the Second World War. 

With a Malayan Union scholarship, Tun Razak left for Britain in 1947 to study law. In 1950 he received a Degree of an Utter Barrister from Lincoln's Inn. During his student days in England, Tun Razak was a member of the British Labour Party and a prominent student leader of the Kesatuan Melayu Great Britain (Malay Association of Great Britain). He also formed the Malayan Forum, an organisation for Malayan students to discuss their country's political issues.

Upon his return, Tun Razak joined the Malayan Civil Service. Owing to his political caliber, in 1950 he became the youth chief for United Malays National Organisation (UMNO). Two years later, he worked as the Assistant State Secretary of Pahang and in February 1955, at just 33 years of age, became Pahang's Chief Minister. He stood in and won the country's first general elections in July 1955 and was appointed as the Education Minister. Tun Razak was also a member of the February 1956 mission to London to seek the independence of Malaya from the British. 

After the general elections in 1959, he became the Minister of Rural Development in addition to holding the portfolios of Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defence. His achievements include formulating the development policy known as the Red Book. On September 1970, Tun Razak succeeded Tunku Abdul Rahman Putra as the Prime Minister of Malaysia. 

Tun Razak is also renowned for launching the New Economic Policy (NEP) in 1971. He and the "second generation" of Malay politicians saw the need to tackle vigorously the economic and social disparities which fuelled racial antagonism. The NEP set two basics goals - to reduce and eventually eradicate poverty, and to reduce and eventually eradicate identification of economic function with race. 

Tun Razak set up the National Front on January 1, 1973 to replace the ruling Alliance Party. He increased the membership of its parties and coalitions in an effort to establish "Ketahanan Nasional" (National Strength) through political stability. 

For his contributions in the area of national and rural development, Tun Abdul Razak is known as the Father of Development.

mid sem break

Mis sem break......I have to attend my friend wedding at Bachok. She is my bestfriend when I was form 4 and 5 at Sek.Men.Teknik.Bachok in 2012.

We are like siblings and always together to go anywhere whatever we want to go. But she married first than me..heheh

my home town

This is my hometown. My home at Pasir Mas Kelantan. My hometown at village and when it was night it very lonely because people village stay in the house when a night to rest after work at  daytime.

To release tension and don't feel lonely at nighy, my family like doing anything event for my family because I have a one big family and many cousin. Tonight, BBQ in the house....

We are together prepared for BBQ like marinate chicken, sausage, potatoes also a few dessert like cheese cake, curry puff and so on...

Besides that, we are organise a few games like badminton, basketball and futsal to close up between cousin.

The BBQ make me happy before I go to the UMK to continued my study after mid sem break.

how do you make butter

Begin by pouring your cream into a blender or food processor. Here I’m using slightly soured raw cream. It’s too far gone to be happy in coffee, but it’s not quite solid enough to be served up as sour cream.
Blend your cream, and be sure to have someone do the all-important job of keeping the lid on. (My four year old was eager to volunteer.)
After five or more minutes, the homemade butter will start to separate into butter and buttermilk. When you notice that happening, stop the blender and let the cream sit for a minute or two as the butter rises to the top.
Pour the buttermilk into another container, using a spoon to press as much buttermilk out of the butter as possible.
After you’ve washed the butter, pour off the water. Use a spoon or a spatula to squeeze out the last dregs of the buttermilk. What’s left is yummy homemade butter. I mix in sea salt with a spoon.
